To submit your graduation application for degree or 证书 completion, 完成以下步骤:

August 和 December graduates are invited to attend the Winter 毕业典礼, on 2024年12月14日星期六上午10点.m. 在体育馆，A107. If you are attending the commencement ceremony, information will be emailed to you in November or 请参阅毕业典礼详情.

作为一名学生, it is your responsibility to know 和 fulfill all degree/证书 requirements 和 graduation procedures.

你, 和你的顾问一起, should monitor your progress through myMCC > Self-Service > Student Planning > 我的进步. To graduate, you must submit the graduation application through myMCC > Self Service > 毕业的概述 during the semester in which you will complete the graduation requirements.

If you have a major restriction of any kind, you may not graduate until the restriction is lifted. 目录自出版之日起5年内有效.

• 毕业典礼

  毕业典礼在五月和十二月举行. If you're graduating in May, you will participate in the May commencement. If you're graduating in August or December, you will participate in the December commencement.

• 副学士学位要求
  1. Satisfactory completion of 60 or more credit hours depending on the specific program with a 2.0 or higher cumulative GPA in all MCC courses at the time graduation requirements have been met. Awarding of degrees will be dated in the semester 和 year in which all requirements were met. 转学分和发展课程的GPA不适用.
  2. Satisfactory completion of all course requirements, subject to the following:

     • In the case of curriculum changes 和 the cancellation or withdrawal of courses, every effort will be made to substitute current coursework to fulfill degree requirements. Course substitutions 和 waivers must be approved in writing by the appropriate department chair or dean.
  3. 在MCC完成15学分的学分课程. 通过CLEP获得的学分, MCC熟练, 唐太斯, 和AP考试不满足这一居住要求. 学生 completing an AAS degree must complete a minimum of 15 credit hours of program-specific coursework through MCC (i.e.，而非通识教育课程).

     • Submission of the graduation application through myMCC prior to the posted deadline.
• Certificate of Completion in a Career 和 Technical Education Area Requirements,

  3. For 证书s of less than 12 credit hours, all coursework required must be completed at MCC. 12个或更多学分的证书, one-half of the minimum credit hours required must be completed at MCC. Credit earned through proficiency examinations does not satisfy this requirement.

• 授予额外学位

  Academic honors are recognized both on your transcript 和 at the commencement exercises. 获得学术荣誉, you must earn 30 semester hours of grade point credit in residence at MCC.
