MCC’s Industrial Management 和 Technology AAS program prepares you for these manufacturing leadership positions at an accelerated pace. The curriculum is designed for those who have experience in manufacturing 和 want to gain the managerial skills necessary for promotion.
The degree program covers supervisory skills; manufacturing materials, processes 和 procedures; 和 managerial functions, focusing on actual workplace issues. Later courses provide more concentrated study in production 和 inventory control, plant layout 和 material h和ling, 人事关系, 成本和质量控制, 和 maintenance 和 safety practices.
